I am the oldest of three children. I have two younger sisters; one here on earth and one in heaven. I married the love of my life in 2013, and we have a beautiful and intelligent little girl that brightens even the darkest of days. When I am not here helping my clients, I enjoy taking my family to the zoo, reading, and driving. I am a huge comic book nerd and movie buff as well. I worked in IT on a customer support level with Verizon Business and Hilton Worldwide for seven years. In my mid 20's, I yearned for a more hands-on vocation and went to school and became an aviation maintenance technician. After three years I felt the up and down life of an on-call position weighing on my family, and made the move back into customer service. There are few things more satisfying than knowing you helped someone through a difficult decision.
My goal every day is to make certain I do everything I can to ensure my clients leave with a smile on their faces and the knowledge that they were treated fairly, respectfully, and with regard for their time. A happy customer is always my top priority! I am a very consumer-satisfaction-oriented individual.
